		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Regarding frequency-as-increment, Risset has a routine (by P.Ruiz) in his catalogue that converts &#039;note-cards&#039; as he calls it from Hz to increment. The routine is printed there and I copied it into the Music V copy you have. However, there is something missing in that it does not get called, as it should (in pass 2 I think).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because of my lack of Fortran, I am not sure how to fix it; it might be simple, but it needs tinkering.&lt;/p&gt;
